in our 16 natural soaking pools. Gracefully terraced on a hillside overlooking the Colorado River, each pool differs in shape, temperature and experience. No two are the same. There are pebble-bottomed reflexology pools, a heart-shaped pool for romantics, some that feature infinity views, another with a waterfall—try them all and find your personal favorite. When you’re ready for a break from the heat, cool off on lounge chairs, in our outdoor showers during the warm season or take a dip in the nearby family pool.
your body, mind and soul as you immerse yourself in our soaking pools. Step into our healing mineral hot spring water and leave your cares behind. The naturally heated water works wonders for teasing out tension. Iron Mountain Hot Springs pools range from a warm 98°F to a toasty 108°F (37 – 42°C). The serene ambiance is further enhanced by the soothing sounds of spa music. To keep the mood tranquil, adults are encouraged to speak in soft tones and children younger than 5 are not allowed in the small mineral pools.
in our healing waters. Iron Mountain Hot Springs contains 14 health-boosting minerals that go to work to make you feel blissfully relaxed. As the waters soothe your body, allow your mind to drift. Take in the spectacular views of the Roaring Fork Valley—snowcapped Mount Sopris, rugged Red Mountain and Glenwood Springs’ Colorado River. Welcome the day with a quiet morning soak; as the day wanes, watch a colorful sunset or marvel at the night sky while you soak.
Iron Mountain Hot Springs is a place where you can find a large selection of hot springs. Here you can find 16 different pools which all have different temperatures. This makes it possible for you to go around and find the right pool for you. We stayed closer to the river so that we could see as much nature as possible. Hot Springs are our favorite. We enjoyed two of their sixteen natural soaking pools. We were overlooking the Colorado River. This pool floor is covered in pebbles. It is so therapeutic.
So well thought out. They have a collection of intimate, clean, beautiful pools that look over the river with calming music playing on one side of the resort. On the other side, they have a cafe, a large and warm pool for families with large hot tub where parents can watch their kids play in the pool. We loved this resort and will be returning often.
Clean and beautiful pools with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. Definitely my favorite place!!! I recommend water shoes in the winter to keep your feet warm, along with a warm robe and bring a beanie to keep your head cozy.
Imagine the setting: beautiful, glistening snow, cool air, lots of stars and a littering of warm, sparkling, spring-fed pools set at all different temperatures, glowing in the night. I enjoyed it so much I went back every single day until I left for three days in a row for a blissful and beautiful adventure! They even sell wine and beer, make the experience even more lovely. Great adventure after a day of hiking or skiing.
Very friendly staff. Well organized bathroom and locker systems. Pool areas were clean. You can enjoy the view along with hot spring bath and soothing music.
We absolutely LOVE this place! Lots of different hot spring pools to choose from. Great view from the pools. We've always enjoyed conversations with new friends each time we visit. There's a bar and cafe, making it a one-stop shop for relaxation. Can't wait till next time!
Sensational in every way! The river runs in close proximity to make the view memorable. The staff are to be commended on their warmth and friendliness.
Such a peaceful environment. The ambiance, soft music and lighting at night is so special.
Probably one of the most relaxing experiences. I dipped in almost every pool, enjoyed a couple drinks and had the best time! Extremely clean and professional staff.
