And our anytime membership holders age 21+ can enjoy access to the Premier Access (21+) section, space available. Premier Access (21+) includes 10 inspired pools with mineral formulas from hot springs from around the world, one freshwater cold plunge pool, one large Dead Sea inspired pool with waterfalls, and one Blue Lagoon inspired pool. In total, there are 32 pools across the Iron Mountain Hot Springs property. Members enjoy a 10% discount on food and retail at our cafés and gift shop.

Know Before You Buy: Members are welcome to soak within operating hours and on the days stated on your Annual Membership card. No reservation is required and members can use our expedited entry at our passholder gate along with two free towel rentals and free locker. Additional towels can be rented for $5.00 each. Guests are welcome to bring their own towels and a water bottle to fill at our water refilling stations. No glass or outside food or drinks (no alcohol) are allowed. Annual Memberships can enjoy a 10% discount on all food, beverage and retail purchases at the Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Twenty one and older members are issued a members wristband which gives them access to Premier Access and identifies age and membership to our staff. If under 21 years of age, we will require a membership card to get the 10% discounts.

Annual Membership FAQ

CAN I APPLY MY SOAK TICKET COST TO MY ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE?

If you wish to apply the cost of your soak ticket ($48-76) to your annual membership purchase, it must be done on the day your soak reservation is valid. You must also supply a confirmation or receipt for the reservation/s being applied. All-day reservations cannot be applied to the purchase of your annual membership.

WHEN CAN I COME TO SOAK?

Anytime Members can enjoy a soak each day of the week. Come for an hour or soak all day!

HOW WILL A MEMBER BE AFFECTED CAPACITY LIMITS?

Anytime and Weekday Passholders can enjoy a soak at their convenience. Members do not need to select a soak time. Simply come in and enjoy your soak at your leisure.

Passholders are welcome to enjoy the facilities for as long as they would like during our business hours.

ARE LOCKERS AND BATHHOUSE AMENITIES AVAILABLE?

Showers are available as well as the locker rooms for changing. Please leave valuables at home if you do not wish to use a locker. Our locker rooms are designed to make your day at the Iron Mountain Hot Springs even more enjoyable, with private showers, hair dryers and lavatories.

WILL MY BAG BE CHECKED UPON ARRIVAL?

For your safety, we reserve the right to have a security search before check in.

CAN I STILL RENT TOWELS?

Yes, we offer two complimentary towel rentals per guest. The third towel or any after can be rented for $5.00.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A MEMBER REMOVES OR REFUSES TO WEAR THEIR RESERVATION DISPOSABLE RFID WRISTBAND?

Removing or refusing to wear the disposable RFID wristband will be addressed by the Manager on Duty. Iron Mountain Hot Springs reserves the right to revoke a Membership.

DOES THE PRIMARY MEMBER NEED TO BE PRESENT WHEN A PARTNER OR DEPENDENT WANTS TO BE ADDED TO THEIR MEMBERSHIP?

No, the Primary Member does NOT need to be present if the partner or dependent wants to be added to the Primary Membership. Any dependent under the age of 18 must have a Parent/Legal Guardian or Participant over 18 sign for them.

HOW MANY DEPENDENTS CAN A PRIMARY MEMBER HAVE?

A Primary Member can have up to 5 Dependents on their account. Dependents must be 20 years or younger to qualify and live at the same address as the Primary Member.

HOW DOES ACCESS TO PREMIER ACCESS (21+) WORK AS A MEMBER?

A Primary and Partner 21 or older will get Premier Access (21+) with a valid ID. Dependents will not have access to Premier Access (21+). Dependents under the age of 14 require adult supervision and Primary or Partner Members could be denied access to Premier Access (21+) since children under 14 require supervision.
