Community Giving

Iron Mountain Hot Springs places a heavy focus on creating a strong support system and connection with our local community. For years, we have worked with local non-profit organizations providing support and donations through on-site events, in-kind donations, and sponsorships. These and similar contribution efforts shall continue, resulting in benefits realized by our community for years to come.

Giving back to the families in its community has been part of Iron Mountain Hot Spring’s philosophy since Steve and Jeanne Beckley opened the hot springs to the public in 2015. Iron Mountain Hot Springs supports nearly 300 organizations and events each year through the donation of passes for fundraising.

Charitable Online Donation

Iron Mountain Hot Springs is a proud partner of Mountain Family Health Centers (MFHC).

As a nonprofit, community-led health center, Mountain Family Health Center’s (MFHC) mission is to improve the health of our community by providing affordable medical, behavioral, and dental healthcare for all, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. We also provide family planning services, pediatric care, and discounted pharmacy access. Our teams offer screenings on the social determinants of health and comprehensive resource referrals for those most in need. We are the only primary care practice in the region offering integrated medical, behavioral, and dental services in one healthcare home.

If you would like to be considered for our Charitable Online Donation program, please submit the  Charitable Online Donation application and we will add you to our list of applicants.

In-Kind Donation & Sponsorship Requests

If you are requesting an in-kind donation for a Silent Auction, please email info@glenwoodcaverns.com or info@ironmountainhotsprings.com.

All Other Sponsorship Requests

Due to a high number of requests from our local non-profits, we have implemented a new application process to incorporate a fair and impartial system to best serve our community.

To apply, please fill out our online sponsorship application. The form will be sent to marketing@glenwoodcaverns.com. You can use one application if you are requesting support from both of our companies.

After this application is received, we will review and assess how your event and sponsorship request fits into our company culture and sponsorship budget. Review and selections dates will occur in the months of March, June, September and December. We will notify the sponsorship coordinator by email with our decision. If approved, the required marketing materials and/or check will be prepared, and we will schedule deliverables with the sponsorship coordinator.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate verification of nonprofit status including 501(c3). Due to the number of submissions, we receive, it is not possible to fulfill every request. Priority consideration will be given to organizations that have not received another sponsorship or donation within the calendar year. Past support for an organization does not guarantee future support.
