The Sandbar Café

Guests 21+ can enjoy the Sandbar Café at our WorldSprings property. Serving all your favorites from the Sopris Café — like the smoked trout spread with capers — the Sandbar Café serves additional drinks and upscale menu items like a poke bowl and shrimp tostadas. Other favorites include our pork burnt end nachos and muffaletta sandwich.

There’s an expanded drink list, which includes wine, draft and canned beer and housemade cocktails like our Pineapple Passion Rum Punch and Blood Orange Whiskey Lemonade. Our frozen cocktail menu includes nine exclusive concoctions, like the Mango Horchata, Strawberry Daiquiri and a decadent Mudslide.

There are plenty of inventive nonalcoholic refreshers too, like a seasonal draft kombucha, Virgin Colada and Wyld CBD Sparkling Water.

When hunger strikes, you won’t have to travel far to quiet those tummy rumblings.

The poolside Sopris Café serves up a menu that caters to the entire family. If the springs’ spa-like vibe has you craving healthy options, you’ll find a delicious assortment of grab-and-go snacks, ranging from flatbread pizzas to charcuterie.

For those with a sweet tooth, local bakery Sunshine and Moons delivers assorted baked goods to the café. The café also serves an assortment of soft drinks, beer, wine and pre-mixed cocktails.

The Sopris Café is open to all of our guests.
