The Sandbar Café

Guests 21+ can enjoy the Sandbar Cafe at our WorldSprings property. Serving all your favorites from the Sopris Cafe – like the Smoked Trout Spread with Capers – the Sandbar Cafe serves additional drinks and upscale menu items like a Falafel Bowl, Fig and Prosciutto Flatbread and Avocado Toast with carrot ribbon. Other favorites include our Pork Burnt End Nachos and a Toasted Muenster Sandwich with pesto and chicken.

An expanded drink list includes wine, draft and canned beer and housemade cocktails like our Pineapple Passion Rum Punch and Blood Orange Whiskey Lemonade. Our frozen cocktail menu includes 13 exclusive concoctions, like the Mango Horchata, Strawberry Daze and a Cucumber Margarita.

There are many inventive nonalcoholic refreshers, like a seasonal draft kombucha, Virgin Colada and Mocktail of the day.

The Sopris Café

The poolside Sopris Café serves a menu catering to the entire family. If the springs’ spa-like vibe has you craving healthy options, you’ll find a delicious assortment of grab-and-go snacks, ranging from flatbread pizzas to charcuterie.

For those with a sweet tooth, local bakery Sunshine and Moons deliver assorted baked goods to the café. The café also serves soft drinks, beer, wine, and pre-mixed cocktails.

The Sopris Café is open to all of our guests.
