The Sandbar Café
Guests 21+ can enjoy the Sandbar Cafe in our Premier Access (21+) section. Serving all your favorites from the Sopris Cafe – like the Smoked Trout Spread with Capers – the Sandbar Café serves additional drinks and upscale menu items and an expanded drink list including wine, draft and canned beer and house made cocktails. Enjoy cocktail menu items including 13 exclusive concoctions, like the Mango Horchata, Blueberry Bourbon Sour and a Cucumber Margarita.
There are many inventive non-alcoholic refreshers to choose from too, such as our local seasonal draft Kombucha, Virgin Colada and Mocktail of the day.

The poolside Sopris Café serves a menu catering to the entire family. If the springs’ spa-like vibe has you craving healthy options, you’ll find a delicious assortment of grab-and-go snacks, ranging from artisanal pizzas to charcuterie trays.
For those with a sweet tooth, local bakery Sunshine and Moons deliver assorted baked goods to the café. The café also serves our house made cocktails, soft drinks, local Colorado beer including canned beer from Mountain Heart Brewing.
The Sopris Café is open to all of our guests.
