KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

An Exceptional Experience Starts Here

Before your visit, take a moment to explore our guest information page to find everything you need to know to make the most of your experience at Iron Mountain Hot Springs. From hours of operation and what to pack, to safety guidelines and insider tips — this page is your go-to resource for a smooth and memorable visit. Let’s get you ready to enjoy your best soak ever with confidence and ease!

  • Locker rooms with showers and changing rooms are available and your reservation includes a free locker and two towels. Additional towels available for a fee. Please lock up your valuables.
  • Suits required. NO street clothes.
  • Remove your jewelry as the sulfur in hot spring water is known to tarnish silver and gold.
  • Outside food and alcohol are not permitted but feel free to bring your refillable water bottle. We have two cafes onsite for a variety of food and drink options. Please limit your consumption of alcohol and drink responsibly.
  • Staying hydrated is essential when enjoying the hot springs, especially at a higher elevation with the intense high altitude sun. We recommend taking occasional breaks from the pools to walk around and replenish the fluids you lose through perspiration.
  • Connect your credit card to your wristband at check-in and leave your credit card in your locker.
  • Our Premier Access (21+) section requires a valid ID to verify your age of 21+. Guest unable to present an ID will not be allowed access to the Premier Access (21+) section and their reservation will be adjusted to a Select Access reservation.
  • Children under 14 years of age are required to have adult supervision at all times in the Select Access section and will not be allowed in the Premier Access (21+) section. Please keep this in mind when you are planning to visit.
  • If you would like to upgrade your Select Access reservation to include Premier Access (21+), we recommend that this be done before your visit or when you first check in, as the upgrade is based on availability and may not be available later.
  • Our pools are shared, not private, and open year-round from 9am to 10pm with a few beautification closures during the year. Please check our website for closure dates.
  • Reserving online is highly recommended as we often sell out.
