Premier Access (21+)
Access to all 31 pools. 21+ only.

Premier Access (21+) includes:
- 18 Select Access pools
- 12 inspired pools with unique mineral formulas replicating hot springs from around the world, including the Dead Sea and Blue Lagoon
- Cold plunge
- 2 complementary towels

Know before you soak:
Iron Mountain Hot Springs is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, except for scheduled maintenance closures.
- Buy online and save! Our online reservation rates are $5 cheaper than our walk-in rates. Plan ahead!
- A valid ID will be needed for the Premier Access (21+) section or to consume alcohol.
- We offer one complimentary refund or booking change up to 48 hours before your reservation time. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours of reservations are subject to a $5 fee per ticket plus any price difference, are not guaranteed, and no refunds are available during this period. We recommend purchasing reservation insurance at checkout for additional protection.
- Individual mineral pools are not private and will be shared with all guests.
- Children under 5 are not allowed in the mineral pool area, which includes the 16 small mineral pools.
- Guests under 21 are not allowed to enter Premier Access (21+) or the Sandbar Café.
- We offer two free towel rentals per guest. Additional towels can be rented for $5.00 each. Guests are also welcome to bring their own towels.
- Lockers are included in your reservation.
- We recommend that you come ready to swim and leave valuables in your car if you do not plan to use a locker.
- Guests are required to sign an Iron Mountain Hot Springs Waiver (la version en español, Exención Por Actividades) prior to admittance.
- Visitors are welcome to bring water bottles and fill them at our water refilling stations. Outside food and alcohol are NOT PERMITTED.

Gift cards are available in any amount. Iron Mountain Hot Springs gift cards are available for purchase online or in person at our retail store. If you have received a gift card, you can use it in a multi-card payment for online ticket purchases. You can purchase a gift card here. Please note when purchasing a gift card online there is no processing fee, however, guests should factor in the $2.99 processing fee that is applied to all online reservations. This will ensure the person receiving the gift card will have the full amount needed to reserve a soak ticket.
