06 Jan Yoga Flow and Soak
We’re making it even easier for you to relax at Iron Mountain thanks to our brand-new yoga classes beginning on Monday, January 17! Classes will take place one day a week throughout the month. Ten guests can enroll in each 45-minute class which will be a slow, vinyasa flow practice, rejuvenating for experts and beginners alike. And don’t fret, joining in on the class will not cut into your 2.5-hour soak time! You’ll merely complete your practice, change in the locker rooms and be able to start your soak afterwards.
To enroll guests are encouraged to call ahead of time to reserve your spot with our receptionist. Once you’ve done this, a payment of $10 per person is required upon arrival. Payments for yoga class must be made in cash. Walk-ins are also an option if there is still room in the class.
Are you an annual passholder? If so, you do not need to purchase a reservation to soak on the day of the yoga class, but you still need to call ahead of time to reserve your spot. Then you will pay your $10 cash upon arrival.
Classes will take place with instructors Emily and Shianne on our heated café patio throughout the month of January. Yoga blankets, mats and bricks will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own mats as well if they like.

-5 p.m. class with Emily
-6:30 p.m. class with Emily
Thursday, January 20th and January 27th:
-9 a.m. and 11 a.m. class with Emily
-2 p.m. and 4 p.m. class with Shianne
