In addition to relaxing and rejuvenating in the mineral pools at Iron Mountain Hot Springs, for the ultimate day of bliss consider booking a massage or treatment at one of the many day spas in Glenwood Springs.

Woman relaxing at Iron Mountain Hot SpringsSoaking in the mineral-rich water at Iron Mountain Hot Springs is a sure way to ease tension and relax. The water, which ranges in temperature from 98° to 108°F (36° to 42°C), goes a long way toward soothing sore muscles and reducing stress. While you’re soaking, fourteen minerals dissolved in the water work to boost your immune system, improve circulation, and enhance your mood. Our 2-1/2 hour soaking time slots are available daily by making reservations online. For those guests who want to relax even more deeply, we recommend booking a massage or specialty spa treatment at a Glenwood Springs spa.

Glenwood Springs is one of Colorado’s premier spa towns, offering a wide variety of options that run the gamut from classic massages to hour’s long, head-to-toe treatments. Check out our guide to Glenwood Springs spas below, including information about COVID-19 procedures.

Currently, all Glenwood Springs spas require guests to book their appointments in advance, either online or by phone. Guests must wear face coverings. Disposable paper masks are recommended as being the most comfortable during massage and body treatments. Spa guests should also be prepared for temperature checks by staff members when they arrive on site.

In addition to new etiquette standards for guests, spas also require their employees to wear face coverings at all times and they’ve implemented enhanced cleaning and hygiene procedures to help ensure an environment that promotes the health and wellbeing of all.
